Beer and Beef Master Class
This class is a 2 hour hands on and demo lesson with a maximum of 14 attendees. Participants will engage in hands on cooking in the kitchen for one hour.
Grass fed Beef Fillet, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs and Coffee Crusted Prime Rib will be cooked. The class will then taste 6 different Australian craft beers while eating the beef that they have cooked in the second hour.
