Come gliding and enjoy the spectacular Sunshine Coast scenery! On the day of your gliding experience, youll be met by your experienced glider pilot and youll be introduced to the glider.

Climb aboard one of our latest model Super Dimona motor gliders. These gliders are the most reliable and comfortable motor gliders available and feature excellent visibility through a one piece canopy with no door or windscreen pillars to block your view.

As you depart Maroochydore Airport, youll experience spectacular scenery as you climb and fly past Nambour, Mt Nindery and Eumundi up to Mount Cooroy. From here, we commence a relaxing but exciting glide down to the picturesque Noosa Heads with views of the hinterland, Noosa River and the north shore up to Double Island Point.

Afterwards, well cruise along the beaches that stretch along the beautiful Sunshine Coast before heading back to Maroochydore. During the flight you'll be sitting next to your pilot in the front seat of the glider and will have plenty of opportunities to take photographs and talk on the flight radio.

You can even have a go at the controls under the watchful instruction of your experience glider pilot and fly the glider yourself. Youll discover just how easy it is to fly!

Your pilot is a qualified motor glider instructor and will be more than happy to explain how this state of the art glider flies and the techniques used by glider pilots to fly long distances using just the natural thermal energy in the atmosphere.
