Gluten-Free Baking
By using slow fermentation in making bread you allow the yeast and natural bacterias present in the flours to pre-digest proteins containing gluten that can reduce digestive problems for Non-Coeliac Gluten Sensitive (NCGS) individuals. This workshop will focus on the techniques of hands-on artisan baking, enhance your understanding of healthy ingredient selection such as using gluten free flours, and fermentation techniques.
