Healthy Cooking Class, Sydney - NSW

These healthy cooking classes are wheat free, dairy free, meat free and will inspire you to discover a variety of great tasting meals which you can enjoy time and time again. These classes are very 'hands on' and will give you the skills and inspiration to try some new dishes that both look great and taste great.

After a brief introduction you will put on your apron and get stuck in making several different meals during the class, all of which you will get to taste then anything that hasn't been devoured is yours to take home with you. An example of the types of dishes we create are: Lentil bhuja casserole, fresh rice paper rolls, spicy stuffed capsicum, sweet baked apples with homemade granola, fruit crumble, spicy baked wheat free pasta.

We use the freshest organic produce where possible. At the end of the class you will receive a copy of all the recipes so that you can recreate all the meals at home for yourself, family or friends.

Some classes are also Gluten Free, if you have any specific requests then please feel free to let us know and we will try to incorporate that into the classes. The classes are held at a home premises which is designed to show you how easy it is to recreate all the dish in your home.
