Kids Flying Trapeze Lesson

From the very beginning it's easy and fun! You'll start with a warm up in which you'll learn specific stretches.

You'll use the ground level practice bar to get comfortable in your safety harness and to feel secure in 'the position', which is the key to trapeze. When you're brimming with confidence from the low bar, you'll be ready for the bigger trapeze!

Have an awesome time and get comfortable when you go for your first swing with the instructor. The instructor will be able to tell you when to do what, so it's easy to learn!

The first trick you'll learn is the 'knee hang' - now you're really in the circus! By the end of the class, one of our professional 'catchers' will climb into his swing and hang up-side down to meet you in mid-air and 'Voila' you will be caught like the true Circus Flyers!
