The sessions are about real challenges that confront teams, and most importantly, understanding of how to take their team to the next level. The challenges for this environment are imposed by the participants themselves, and are therefore realistic and familiar.
Using the full range of LEGO to begin and develop metaphors, we listen to other team members' stories and reach an understanding of how they perceive team challenges. We recognise road blocks in our understanding of each other, and start to consider personal identity, team identity and successful team behaviours.
