Join us for a class in Indian Home cooking, in particular the Thali meal. Indian Thali is not just a meal or a dish; its a tradition.

Through sharing our recipes, traditions are handed down from one generation of cooks to the next. During the class we will talk about the Thali and all its elements, including the culinary history behind it.

A cooking demonstration and hands on class in creating a complete meal where participants gain the skills to cook an Indian meal that everyone is able to savour together. Come for an afternoon of fun, and a celebration of food. What's Included: All participants will be given the opportunity to prepare and cook.

Participants will be provided with knife kits, and utilise commercial cooking equipment supplied by our venue. Each participant receives a recipe pack so they have all the information to prepare this meal at home for friends and family.
