Our pizza cooking class is designed to let you discover the joys of cooking your own pizza. During this class you will learn just how fun and easy it is to make fresh pizzas at home.

The menu for each class will depend on which ingredients are in season at the time, however you can be assured that the dishes will all be delicious. The menu for this class may include traditional Margarita pizza, ricotta-and-herb calzone, garlic dough balls, antipasto pizza twists as well as mushroom, garlic and thyme pizzettas.

The classes are hands-on and you??

?ll be taken through the many aspects involved in creating each dish ?

from preparing and cooking to presenting the food. It's a 3 course meal so you'll get to try your hand at a few other dishes as well.

Once the meal is complete you??

?ll get to sit down with the rest of the class, put your feet up and enjoy the fruits ?

?ll also get a copy of the recipes, allowing you to recreate the delicious meals in your own home.

?ll have a wonderful array of dishes to add to your repertoire Our pizza cooking classes are held at the tutors home premises which enables you to enjoy creating and devouring a delicious three-course meal whilst surrounded by the stunning views of Sydney Harbour.
