Aprons are provided to all students to get into the mood for cooking up a storm. Our experienced chef demonstrators introduce themselves and outline what is to be achieved from the day.
In our BBQ Seafood lesson, we look at how and why we want to achieve really moist and crisp seafood, including key buying tips and hints to ensure you are purchasing and receiving exactly what you set out to; the freshest possible product. We again enjoy a detailed wine tutorial matched to our lunch with hints to best varieties and vintages to serve when you next fire up the BBQ.
