Learn self-defence skills, in your 1 hour private session, at the largest martial arts centre in Brisbane. Our sports coaches alone have trained more than 10 World Champions and numerous Olympic Medalists including Gold Medalists at the Beijing Olympics.
Self-defence teaches confidence, focus, calmness, stress management, self discipline and determination. These are things that everyone can use and benefit from in their everyday life in the office, at school, home, or social events.
Learning self defence skills is great for anyone, and no prior fitness, flexibility, or experience is needed. Activity Highlights *This experience takes place in your own air conditioned, private room with your personal instructor.
*Come in relaxed clothing we start with an easy warm up and stretch to release the stress, then get straight into practicing fun, effective and easy to learn self-defence techniques. *Hone your skills while getting a great workout with pad kicking.
