That means you get a 60 second freefall!!

On a clear day you can see past the beaches of Woollongong, the Blue Mountains and the skyscrapers of Sydney outlined against the horizon. Feeling adventurous?

If you want to have a go at flying the parachute, just ask the instructor. Nothing can really prepare you for the sensation of launching through the open door of an airplane up to 4 kilometers in the sky.

We will however, give you a 20 minute safety briefing before boarding the plane so you know what to do in freefall and whilst landing. After the briefing you?

??

ll be fitted with your jumpsuit (optional) and your tandem skydive harness (not optional), issued with your goggles (we can even give you special ones to go over your prescription glasses if required) and then take a short stroll to the plane boarding area. After a scenic flight up to the required altitude your tandem master will be carrying out final safety checks and getting you ready to leap out of a perfectly good airplane.

The exit is not like anything you could possibly imagine. There is no ?

? sensation in your stomach, its more like flying.

As your speed increases towards terminal velocity you will notice the wind noise gets pretty loud and your smile gets pretty wide. Clouds take on a whole new appearance as you rush past them and the ground seems miles away (well, it actually is) Enjoy every second of it, because this is freefall, and its totally amazing!

! After about 60 seconds of freefall your tandem master will open the main parachute and the noise and speed will very quickly be replaced with peace and serenity.

Its now time to take a few deep breaths, get your heart out of your mouth and enjoy a magic 4 or 5 minutes floating above the country side under a big, beautiful parachute. If you're up for it, you can ask your tandem master to hand you the control lines and have a bit of a fly, otherwise, just kick back and watch the other parachutes in the sky or wave to your family and friends waiting for you on the ground.
