Spanish Classics Cooking Class
This three hour class is the perfect way to learn classic Spanish cooking. A classic dish that always proves to be a hit is Paella.
Its a fabulous dish to cook for two people or a crowd, and in this class you'll be making an inland as well as a coastal version. Pan con Tomate or tomato bread, is another delicious and versatile Spanish staple.
During the lesson you'll serve it with Jamon and a fantastic (truly believe me!) Gazpacho that you will learn to create all by yourself.
Crema Catalana is the Spanish version of French Creme Brulee with a hint of orange, and we'll give you all the important tips to make this as good as the real macoy! You'll also have fun with the blow torch making the crisp caramel layer on top of this creamy delight.
