The low-impact sport encourages general fitness through strength and balance exercise, all while having fun in the water. And the gentle waves at St Kilda Beach provide the perfect opportunity to try this latest surfing craze.

On your two-hour tour, your instructors and guides will have you paddling effectively in no time! During the first part of your tour you will learn the required paddling techniques and be shown how to stand on your board.

Once you can paddle on your own, youll head to St Kildas best penguin spotting vantage points. Best of all 10% of the ticket price goes to supporting St Kildas penguins!
