You then choose your essential oil blend for use in your full body massage, incorporating Australian Aboriginal techniques, ensuring deep conditioning and total re-harmonising. Thoroughly calmed by your spa treatments, enjoy one of the relaxation areas, on the day beds by the lake, or in the relax room with a pot of herbal tea.

Then meander over to the Brasserie restaurant, a short stroll from the spa, to indulge in a Victorian high tea. You'll be astounded by the treat-laden three-tiered stand and a glass of the estate's own sparkling wine.

Enjoy the finger sandwiches, jam and cream on fresh hot scones, sweet and savoury pastries, luscious slices and cakes complete with espresso coffee, traditional teas and hot and iced chocolates. Relax, indulge and treat yourself to one of the traditions of a bygone era!
