Groups of 12-18 will each have an experienced chef demonstrating how to chop, fry sizzle, flamb, BBQ and bake your way in 2's and 3's to commercial success. Create a magnificent buffet by your own hand!

The Importance Of Presentation Create an 'Italian Long Lunch' style table setting. Everyone becomes involved in putting out tea lights, intricate napkin folding, adding flowers.
