Thai Favourites Cooking Class
On arrival you will be welcomed by Master Chef Chaloem. He will invite you into his kitchen, give you instructions on how to use the equipment, and demonstrate all the wonderful fresh ingredients that you will use to create your delicious Thai dishes.
Throughout the cooking class, you will learn how to source these ingredients for yourself, and discover first hand from Chaloem, some of his best kept secrets passed on to him by his family who lives in Loei, a beautiful mountainous Province in Issan. Dazzle your friends and family with your ability to produce authentic and delicious dishes from Thailand with this 100% hands-on cooking class.
Following a few simple demonstrations, you will commence preparing your Thai dishes, one at a time under his watchful eye and gentle instructions. During this class, you will prepare two entrees and three main course dishes.
On completion of his class, you are welcome to either take home your creations or share them as a group with a complementary wine or beverage of your choice. Thai tea and Iced water will be available during the class.
You will also receive recipes for each of the dishes you prepared during the class and a lovely Certificate signed by Chaloem himself.
