We don't follow a set route or pattern and can get off the beaten track to the unique small wineries hidden in the Hunter Valley. With a maximum of 14 on board we have access to the many small boutique wineries as well as the larger wineries We start the day with a guided tour of the wine making facilities of a small winery followed by an extensive tasting.
